- science block, 2nd level, near toilet but not that near at the same time! :D
- we come from pluto, but kuokuo is a true martian! (:
- we migrated from here due to chilly weathers.
- we like to stalk our teachers & we think that everyone of us belong in hougang villa.
- 30 of us burnt peanuts, boiled leaves and stuck toothpicks in uncooked prawns on white tiles.
- we used to fail everything but HECK CARE WE'RE ALL IN THIS TOGETHER.
- we are so cheesy that we attract families of mice.
- we have a coolio form teacher whom we nicknamed kuokuo!
(nyahaha he's still in the dark about this! :D)
- he's the root of all our lameness. we learn from him, yo! :D

okay i shall update abit about funfair.

Dance ROJAK!

“Dance ROJAK!” is a series of dances from the four ethnic races of Singapore: Chinese, Malay, Indian and Eurasian.
It will be held at the podium in the quadrangle, occurring at various intervals between 10am to 2pm. A time slot of 10 to 15 minutes will be given for each dance troupe to perform.
Dance troupes from our school, as well as other schools from the West Cluster will also be present for this event.

Cultural Busking

Involves the various performing arts groups (from Dance ROJAK! And other groups) going on mobile busking* and soliciting donations of coupons from the audience.
Mobile busking involves the performing arts groups going around the whole funfair area to perform (somewhat in a parade style – like Chingay!)
The aim of the “Cultural Busking” activity is to further foster the ambience of racial harmony through the arts.

okay heres the impt part:

Fashion ROJAK!

“Fashion ROJAK!” is a fashion show that will feature a fusion of fashion from the four ethnic races of Singapore. It will be held at the podium in the quadrangle, occurring at various intervals between 10am to 2pm. A time slot of 10 to 15 minutes will be given for each dance troupe to perform. (alternating with Dance ROJAK!)
The theme of the fashion show is “Fusion Fashion” where costumes have to be designed using ethnic garbs of different ethnic groups matched together. The fashion show is also an interclass competition.
Each class is to participate, designing one costume and sending a representative to model it. There will be a preliminary round when school reopens and a final round (which is the fashion show on the day of YDF) Teachers will be participating too! hopefully.
Votes will be taken during the fashion show on the day of YDF, using funfair coupons. The finalists from each level and teacher with the highest amount of donations will emerge as winners of Fashion ROJAK!

WHAT WE NEED TO DO!

design a costume based on the judging criteria.
send a representative to model the design.
Each level will be assigned with an ethnic group / theme they need to abide to:

Secondary 4: International Extravaganza! (such as Japan Kimono, Korean attire etc.)

Please get your costumes ready by T3W1.
Keep within a budget of $10, and are encouraged to use costumes and materials from home.
and we must participate in the preliminary round in t3w1.

and and our grad mag will be done by hsinfanggggg~ yepp. since bel will be helping with the funfair thing. yup. anw it'll be something like pictures then our names lah. yahhh. something like that. :D:D
